Cape Regional Miracles Fitness High School Scholarship
The $500 Cape Regional Miracles Fitness Scholarship is a college scholarship awarded to a high school senior from Cape May County who has demonstrated outstanding achievement, participation and leadership in school activities and work experience, and interest in pursuing a career in the health and fitness related fields. The student may apply and use the money for education-related expenses, including tuition, fees, books, supplies, room, and board. The scholarship is sponsored by Cape Regional Miracles Fitness.
The 2020 program will be accepting scholarship applications immediately until the deadline of August 1st, 2020. Your scholarship application MUST be submitted by the August 1st deadline.
Who is eligible for a Student Scholarship?
Applicants to the Cape Regional Miracles Fitness Scholarship must:

Be a current high school senior at Middle Township, Lower Township, Wildwood, Wildwood Catholic, or Cape May County Technical High School, who plans to enroll full-time in an accredited two-year or four-year college or university in the United States for the entire 2021-2022 academic year.

Demonstrate ambition and self-drive as evidenced by outstanding achievement in school, and participation and leadership in school activities and work experience.

Demonstrate interest in pursuing a career and enrolled in the following majors: Athletic Training, Psychology, Biology, Kinesiology, Nursing, General Medicine, Dentistry, Behavioral Sciences, Personal Training, Physical Education Teaching and Coaching, Health and Physical Fitness, Exercise Science, Sports and Recreation Management, Health Sciences, Physical Therapist, or another health-related major.
What will be awarded?
The Cape Regional Miracles Fitness Scholarship of $500 must be used for education-related expenses for undergraduate expenses only. The one (1) recipient receiving it must use it during the 2020 fall semester.

Current high school grade point average (GPA) on a 4.0 scale
Only electronic scholarship applications received through the above process will be considered. Paper copies of applications, resumes or other materials will not be accepted.
Privacy Policy
Information received is considered confidential and is reviewed only by Cape Regional Miracles Fitness representatives. No additional contact will be made unless additional documents are needed and/or the applicant is a finalist. No information is collected from the site visitor.
Are any documents required?
No documents are to be sent to Cape Regional Miracles Fitness at this time. Do not send any materials unless invited to do so.
How are recipients selected each year?

Selection of recipients is a two-stage process. The first stage will be the selection of finalists. A winner will be chosen from the selected finalists during the second stage.
Primary consideration will be given to the applicant’s non-academic and academic outstanding achievements as well as the answers to the essay questions on the online scholarship application.
All finalists and recipients are selected by Cape Regional Miracles Fitness. All decisions are final and are not subject to appeal. The program is competitive; not all applicants will be selected as finalists; not all finalists will be selected as recipients.
How and when will I be notified?
All recipients will be notified of their status via email by the end of August 2020. The email address on file must be active and you must check your email regularly.
How and when are scholarships paid?
Payment is made in one installment in September, 2020.
Cape Regional Miracles Fitness issues checks. Checks are made payable to the recipient.
Cape Regional Miracles Fitness reserves the right to review the conditions and procedures of this scholarship program and to make changes at any time including termination of the program.
