MEDICALLY-BASED
WELLNESS PROGRAMS

Our Fit for Life medically-based wellness and fitness programs offer curriculums for

individuals with various health issues, limitations, or rehabilitation goals. Programs are

individually designed and supervised by our Certified Fitness Professionals, Physical and Occupational Therapists, all under the guidance of our Medical Director, 

to ensure integration with your medical professionals prescribed Care Plan.

 

 

Our partnership with the Cape Regional Health System keeps us up-to-date with the

current healthcare industry guidelines, and better ensures that the exercise prescription we

give you ties in seamlessly to the recommendations given by your healthcare provider.

ASK YOUR DOCTOR

With your healthcare providers consent and completed release form, we provide a one-on-one consultation with our medical team, a comprehensive health and wellness assessment, supervised exercise sessions, and monthly evaluations. Initial assessments include a detailed discussion on your health history, wellness and fitness goals, healthcare provider recommendations, height, weight, measurements, body composition, BMI, blood pressure, heart rate, pulse ox.

We then design a customized exercise plan based on the results and provide daily monitoring of your progress, blood pressure, heart rate and pulse ox.

insurance provider to verify your fitness benefit.  Some popular benefit programs include Silver Sneakers,

Our spacious full-service facility offers ample free parking, clean locker rooms with showers, three group fitness studios, cardio and weight rooms, a medically-based wellness area, recovery and performance shake bar, and various other amenities. All programs are supervised by our physical therapist and certified fitness professionals.
